1968 Ford Mustang GT/CS - amazing super performance
If you live on the West Coast, specifically California '68 Mustang hardtops are fairly common in the auto show. Many are modified in some way; little original pristine showroom. But this seems to be common GT / CS is a well-rare as the 390 GT V-8, four-speed, and Concours restored condition.
Mike and Robinette Jewell Highland Green GT / CS was purchased new on May 8, 1968, from Suburban Ford in Sacramento by Lou Tuttle, who respectfully drove and kept the car until 1976 when it was given to a senior high school were modified body and interior for drag racing. After that, he went through a succession of owners until Jewells bumpy car purchased in 1983 for $ 1,500.
